This policy explains what information Brightdoor Studio collects and how we use it.

What we collect

• Information you send us, such as your name, email address, phone number and business details.
• Payment information, which is handled by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic technical information our hosting provider (Cloudflare) records when you visit, such as IP address and browser type, to keep the site secure and working.

How we use it

• To reply to you, prepare concepts and quotes, and deliver the work you order.
• To send invoices and receipts.
• To keep our website secure.

We don't sell your information, and we don't use advertising trackers. This site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which may record your IP address.

Business information we use for concepts

When we prepare a free concept for a business, we use only information that business has already published, such as its website or public listings. Concepts are hidden from search engines and removed on request.

How long we keep it

We keep project and billing records as long as needed for the work and for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them.
